Meet Your Retreat Guides

Andi

Andi Palladino is a yoga educator, movement teacher, massage therapist, retreat leader, and the creator of The Embodied Cueing Method™. With more than 16 years spent teaching movement and 17 years spent listening through her hands, her work lives at the crossroads of movement, somatics, self-inquiry, and human connection

Andi's classes weave intelligent yoga sequencing together with somatic movement, intuitive dance, and gentle invitations to step out of the mind's chatter and drop into the body's own wisdom — to feel life from the inside out, rather than just think about it.

She believes movement was never meant to be about performing, perfecting, or fixing ourselves. It can instead be a doorway — a way to know ourselves more intimately, to reconnect with what we feel, and to make room for more of who we already, quietly, are.

Through her classes, retreats, teacher mentorships, and trainings, Andi crafts experiences that invite people to move with curiosity, take up space unapologetically, and feel truly, fully at home in their own skin.

Mina

Mina Harrison is the founder of Breakfree with Mina, a space dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves through sound healing, somatic breathwork, yoga, and mindful movement. As a certified breathwork coach, 500-hour yoga teacher, and sound healing practitioner, Mina creates safe, welcoming experiences where you can slow down, release what no longer serves you, and simply be.

Her sound healing sessions blend vibration, breath, intention, and deep relaxation to help you quiet the noise, reconnect with your body, and create space for healing.

Come as you are. Breathe. Receive. Release. Break free.

Sara

Sara Stephenson is a dermatology physician assistant with a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies through restorative, intentional practices.

Blending her background in dermatology with training in yoga and lymphatic practices, Sara creates experiences centered around lymphatic massage, facial gua sha, mindful movement, and intentional ritual.

Her lymphatic sessions use gentle, rhythmic techniques to support the body’s natural lymphatic flow, encourage relaxation, and create a sense of lightness and ease. Her approach invites you to slow down, tune inward, and become more connected to your body.
